Boehm & Associates is pleased to introduce our new general counsel, Yael Higgins, to the workers’ compensation community. Yael combines a keen understanding of the law along with a fierce commitment to defending her clients’ interests. Proficient in research and writing, she clerked for Federal Magistrate Judge Nita L. Stormes and authored a published opinion. Yael is also an experienced litigator. Understanding that litigation is not always the best solution, Yael has informally settled hundreds of cases in civil practice. She has successfully represented clients in various legal disciplines.
