In late January of this year, Boehm & Associates performed its HITRUST interim assessment to maintain its HITRUST certification for both its Alameda and Glendale offices. While HITRUST Common Security Framework (CSF) certifications are valid for two years, the HITRUST Alliance requires a check-in report from third party auditors at the one-year mark to verify ongoing compliance using a subset of CSF controls. During the interim assessment, auditors look for evidence that an organization uses qualitative or quantitative metrics to measure control performance as well as management processes for responding to any identified areas for improvement.

Boehm & Associates has been working with A-LIGN as its independent auditing firm since we first committed to the HITRUST CSF. A-LIGN has a very strong reputation within the security community as well as a presence on HITRUST’s CSF Assessor Council and Quality Subcommittee for 2018. We believe that our relationship with a company of A-LIGN’s caliber will speak volumes for the credibility of Boehm & Associates’ certification and our dedication to security in the services that we offer.
